Vision
To be a globally recognized Centre of Excellence in Power Electronics and Control Engineering, advancing world-class technologies and enabling the development of next-generation power electronic products through innovation, research, and engineering excellence.
Mission
To research, design, prototype, and helping an indigenous, reconfigurable power-conversion platform based on a unified control core, enabling applications in solar inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV fast chargers, microgrid converters, and solid-state transformers, while fostering strong collaboration between academia and industry.

It is with great pride that I welcome you to “Bidyut K. Bhattacharyya Centre of Excellence”, initiative at Ornate Agencies Pvt. Ltd.
This initiative marks a significant milestone in our organization as we transition from being a technology transfer to an active commercialization in the advancement of engineering innovation. Our DSIR-recognized R&D facility and its expansion into a Centre of Excellence reflects our long-term commitment to building capabilities in power electronics, renewable energy systems, control engineering, and advanced energy technologies.
From a strategic perspective, this initiative represents a focused investment in the future. It is designed not only to strengthen our technical capabilities but also to ensure that innovation is aligned with industrial relevance, scalability, and sustainable creation. We believe that true technological progress emerges when research is supported by a clear vision for social benefits.
The Centre of Excellence will serve as a structured platform where research, engineering, and product development come together in a coherent way. Director’s Message
We are pleased to announce that Ornate Agencies Pvt. Ltd., through its Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR)-recognized R&D facility, is expanding its activities as a Centre of Excellence in Power Electronics, Control Engineering, and Advanced Energy Systems.
Our vision is to develop innovative hardware and software platforms that can serve as the foundation for a wide range of power engineering products, including solar inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging solutions, microgrid converters, and future smart-grid technologies. We are steadily building the laboratory infrastructure, engineering capabilities, and research frameworks required to design and develop next-generation power-conversion architectures from concept to commercialization.
The Centre is focused on indigenous research and development, with the objective of creating world-class technologies that combine innovation, reliability, and practical industrial application. Our multidisciplinary teams are actively engaged in developing advanced control algorithms, digital power-conversion systems, embedded software platforms, and intelligent energy-management solutions.
We are also committed to fostering strong collaborations with leading academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners both in India and abroad. Through these partnerships, we aim to accelerate technology development, knowledge exchange, and innovation in the field of power electronics and renewable energy systems.
An important part of our mission is to nurture future engineering talent.
